APC Chairmanship Aptitude Test: Muhammad Rili Sweeps all Candidates in Kaduna, Emerges Overall
INFOMEDIA – The All Progressive Congress aspirants in Ikara local government area Muhammad Rili has emerged overall among all aspirants in the just concluded aptitude test conducted by the party in Kaduna State.
The test was part of a rigorous selection criteria to have competent candidates that will compliment the developmental stride by EL-RUFAI administration in their Respective local Government Areas.
The result was released earlier Saturday by the APC in the party’s headquarters in Kaduna. According to the results, Muhammad Rilli scored 82% out of the 60% cut off marks which is the benchmark for qualification into primary elections on May 5.

Other candidates like Stephen Daniel scored 79 percent from Jaba local government. Also candidates like Jabir Khamis and Zubairu Hassan both from Igabi local government scored 76 and 72.20 respectively, Abdullahi garba Abbass scores 77.38 from Giwa local government all candidates with highest scores in the Aptitude test to qualify for the primaries Respectively.
Recall, that APC Kaduna earlier last month released guidelines for Chairmanship and councillors Aspirant which includes an Aptitude test in order to make sure that the best hands emerged so as to make sure that people at the grassroots get the dividends of democracy.
Muhammad Rili who is the overall best candidate is a fellow member of institute of security management and operations ,also, he holds a master degree In conflict, peace and strategic studies from the Kaduna state university and also a PGD in conflict management and resolution from Obafemi Awolowo university ile-ife,Osun state. He has administrative skills having worked as director Administration for Kaduna state chapter of the Apc and later as Special assistant under the office special adviser Development in advisory role towards stabilizing and enhancement of social development programs in Kaduna state.
