The Private Health Institutions Management Agency of the Kano state Ministry of Health has on Friday sealed a Diagnostic Centre in Wudil.
Infomedia gathered that the Executive Secretary of the Agency, Usman Tijjani Aliyu also confiscated the Scanning Machine used by the Al-Bayan Diagnostic Center and handed over the operator to the Police.

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health, Ibrahim Garba Gwammaja stated this in press release issued in Kano.
Mr Aliyu, a medical doctor, said neither the center nor the operator of the pregnancy scanning machine had been registered by the Ministry.
He added that the center does more harm than good by issuing false results.
He therefore urged Kano residents to be vigilant and report any suspected unprofessional conduct by any private outfit to the agency for prompt action.
