Muhammad Rili Reveals Reasons for Contesting Ikara Local Gov’t Chairmanship

INFOMEDIA – The journey of making ikara a better place has just begun today as young vibrant philanthropist son of Ikara, muhammad Rili has purchased an expression of interest and nomination form for the position of executive chairman, Ikara local government, kaduna state under the rulling party, All Progressive Congress, APC.
Muhammad Rili having been an ardent supporter, advocate of good governance and follower of His Excellency’s leadership style, Mallam nasir El-rufai.
According to the press statements Obtained from his media Aide today, Abubakar Garba, Muhammad Rili said: The glorious yesterday Friday 9th April, 2021 was the true germination of such beliefs as after wide family and extensive public, traditional leaders, political stakeholders, elders community and associate’s consultation/engagement; we came to the conclusion that salvaging Ikara and rescuing our LG from the hands of powers whose ideals are ancient, unproductive, anti-change, and non-progressives with no basic ideals of effective governance is a task and mission that can’t be surrendered and neither compromised at whatever price and terms.
” Hence further the decision to purchase an Expression of Interest and Nomination Form under our party the All Progressives Congress, APC for this important job that will transform our dear local Government”, said Rili.
During the declaration of interest to vie for the position of the executive chairman of Ikara local government today, Muhammad Rili revealed his vision, goals and plan if eventually emerged as the candidate of All Progressive Congress,.
He said: my aspiration to vie for the position of the Executive Chairman which is firmly rooted in my desire to entrench & implement administrative and developmental plan that we designed to streamline developmental strides of the APC administration through effective implementation of the 5-years reviewable governance plan tagged REREPES-D (Reconstruction and Renewal Plan for Economic and Sustainable development of Ikara Local Government Area, a plan that cuts all across sectors of governance and guarantees improved social welfare and enhance residents’ livelihood irrespective of gender, religion, ethnicity or age, in line with the Transformation and developmental Agenda of His Excellency Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufa’i, OFR.
“Our Vision is to attain a prosperous IKARA LG where residents; individuals, families and communities enjoy socio-economic independence and productivity without fear, deprivation and discrimination of any form”, said Rili.
Muhammad Rili further stated his goals and plans for people of Ikara local government, kaduna state.
He said: “Our goals in Ikara local Government are simple, a working Ikara and a productive one that create hope and opportunities for all and sundry.
“Our youth and Women must be skilled, productive and responsible.
” Our infrastructure must be rebuilt and enhanced to improve economic viability.
“Our citizens must be educated through drastic support to basic education, adult literacy and scholarships on performances bases.
“Our primary Health care facilities/ services must be supported and ailing patients insured for effective health service delivery.
“Our Internally Generated Revenue must be automated and rigorous systematic measures be improved to block leakages and improve collection.
“Citizens of Ikara LG must be secured, protected and be guaranteed of safety in their lives and properties through close support to Local Vigilante services to complement conventional security agencies in the Local Government”.
“May Allah guide, help, protect and bless this our honest intentions and agenda”, said Rili.
