The Governor of Kaduna State, Nasi El-Rufai has appointed 28-year-old Khalil Nur Khalil as the Executive Secretary of Kaduna Investment Promotion Agency.

The appointment was contained in a statement issued on Monday and signed by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Muyiwa Adekeye titled KADUNA UPDATE: KDSG announces cabinet reshuffle, new appointments.
Before his new appointment, Khalil was Director, Investment Intelligence at KADIPA, having worked with the agency since 2018.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Khalil is a first class graduate from the Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
