After a vehement kerfuffle that greeted the proposed bill that seeks to establish an agency for the rehabilitation of repentant Boko Haram members, which was sponsored by Sen. Ibrahim Geidam (APC, Yobe East), a former governor of the state, yet another policy is introduced that seeks to sponsor the repentant terrorists to study abroad.
This lent no further credence to the fact that the repentant terrorists has now been cossets by the Federal Government while the condition of the Internal Displaced Persons (IDPs) is still pitiable.
But we are not grouse on the deradicalisation and rehabilitation of those terrorists that surrender to soldiers.
What pains the most is that the terrorists that apocalypse the peace of our country for too long and made many children orphans and turned peaceful cities to graveyard particularly in Northeast are the ones enjoying their lives sumptuously in the detention centre and their lives are secured more than the victims of their perils terrorism.

Meanwhile, the victims of those vicious repentants boko members are struggling forage for food in their camps and government sticks-in-the mud to amolierate the life of those victimized by the appalling action of Boko haram.
Notwithstanding, government is always striving to make them as demigods while those people should be beheaded if that I were asked.
Furthermore, we are not rejecting government for rehabilitation of whom so ever drops weapon but rather we are urging government not be uncaring for the victims and focus on the repentants only.
Because this may change the mind of the victims that living in tents in IDPs to be desired of taking arms and surrender after, so that they can equally enjoys the cake been shared to the repentants boko haram members. And this will not augur well for the future of this country.
Nigerians should as a matter of urgency rejects this impious policy if our fondest wish is a country with benigh prospects. May Allah restore peace to our dear nation.
